  3. 3. When you allow your negative emotions to affect your daily thoughts and actions, you become controlled by them.T a check of the resentment you hold against akeyour loved ones, your co-workers or even your neighbor.
  4. 4. Try to overcome your resentment by letting your considerate and loving nature dominate thoughts and actions. You can choose how to live your life. Freeyourself from resentment and you will regain allof your energy. Try it. You’ll feel great when you do!
