  9. 9. Patients love older Medics who use the internet with them (if you're current with tech you're probably current with your medical knowledge)
  10. 10. If you're a young Medic Patients think you're cheating using the internet (unless you're really competent & using the very latest tech)

Solutions need to save Patients and Doctors time: Patients need to be able to share their info with a Doctor at Anytime from anywhere Doctors need more info to move beyond the 2000 year old visit only model of healthcare and better manage demand & utilise their time.
