1. Client Services Technology Leader
Experience
6-15 years including at least 3 years leading people creating software to
open, manage, and report on customer accounts.
Prefer Tier 1 capital markets experience. The candidate can come from a
well-regarded global company in an industry where technology is critical
to business results.
Process
Should bring experience with agile practices including unit testing, test-
driven development, continuous integration, automated testing, and
continuous deployment.
Domain expertise
Prefer, but do not require, financial services account management
experience in highly regulated business areas.

2. Responsibility
Lead development of a new client service platform enabling clients to
open and manager their accounts, for internal management of
accounts, and reporting on customer accounts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates including know your
customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering.
Prefer strength in cybersecurity techniques and practices.
Contribute thought leadership insight to design a new trading and risk
management platform.
Co-accountable for execution of a new form of fundamentally cross-
asset class trading platform which will include innovative new forms of
risk analytics.
Mandatory Requirements
Ultimate responsibility for leading development of a complex workflow
system at a sophisticated global company with strong preference to
include complex regional workflow variations, and to have managed
multiple cycles from conception through to operation.
Managed at least 8 people for at least 3 years within a global
organization with stakeholders in multiple remote locations.
Expert at Java development. Prefer experience with another language
as well, such as C++.
At least some exposure to SQL Server including ETL, data modelling,
query optimization, and reporting.
3. Technology
Expert at Java development.
Prefer expertise with SQL Server, but can be experienced with any
major database. They should know how to optimize query and
database performance, and guide where to use relational stores
relative other data management options.
Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems is positive.
Business intelligence experience is positive.
Should have certifications earlier in their career. Attributes
Experience working in other global financial centers, such as London
or New York, is positive.
Candidate should be highly detail focused, reflecting the critical role of
account management and compliance on the company’s success.
