November 14, 2011 – January 7, 2012Onondaga Lake Park, Liverpool, NYLights on the Lake walking preview on 14 & 15 Nov from 5-9pm and visitors can choose to park at either the WegmansLanding (Griffin Visitor Center), Salt Museum or Willow Bay lots. This is a great opportunity to get some fresh airand exercise. Walkers can cover as much of the two mile stretch as they desire and should dress for the weather.Shuttle service is not provided. Holiday characters will be on the trail and refreshments will be available for sale.Cars are not allowed on the trail for this special evening but will be admitted to the show beginning Thursday,November 17. Please leave pets at home. Donations collected on Monday, November 14 will benefit the Friends ofOnondaga County Parks (Friends of Beaver Lake, Friends of the Zoo, Friends of Carpenters Brook and the Friendsof Historic Onondaga Lake.
