If you have not used eLearning in your organization before, you probably don’t know where to start. So a good starting point would be to first review your present training. Look at what part of your training could be moved to online learning. You could probably start with the organization’s induction program where you introduce your employees to your organization, branding and rules and regulations and policies. Induction training is common to all employees and is a good place to start.
Next, identify the initiative – what courses you would like to move to eLearning, the content of these courses – what must be present and what can be omitted and also the size of the potential audience.
And finally, you must view these opportunites as building blocks toward achieving your goal to provide successful training to your employees.
