MAXI-MIZER provides an answer to a world crisis: excessive emissions, fuel inefficiencies, aging vehicles/machinery, and a stressed-out military due to unreliable equipment. MAXI-MIZER will provide the world with the G8 Summit 2050 emission standards in 2010. History of the Solution… MAXI-MIZER!!! <ul><li>Why MAXI-MIZER……..It Works! </li></ul><ul><li>The feature that separates MAXI-MIZER from the other fuel treatments on the market is the catalyst that’s available only in MAXI-MIZER. </li></ul><ul><li>By definition, a catalyst is “a substance that causes the speeding up of a chemical reaction while undergoing no permanent chemical change itself”. </li></ul><ul><li>The catalyst that today is used in MAXI-MIZER was first discovered by a group of Harvard University chemists, led by Jack Kracklauer in 1951. </li></ul><ul><li>Within 6 months of discovering this catalyst, a delay occurred. </li></ul><ul><li>Two years later, in 1953, they were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry for their discovery. </li></ul><ul><li>Over the next several years, research programs were conducted by various oil and chemical companies leading to product applications ranging from a candle additive to its use as a burn rate accelerator in solid rocket fuels to increase thrust. </li></ul>

RESULTS OF MAXI-MIZER IN CITY OF ALEXANDRIA VEHICLES <ul><li>Improved performance- bus drivers had to go to the back of their buses to physically touch them to see if they are still running. </li></ul><ul><li>All of the city buses are no longer expelling black smoke out of the exhaust pipes, even when they are taking off. This translates into less wasted fuel and less downtime. </li></ul><ul><li>Initially was servicing all buses at the end of the day at 110 gallons per night per vehicle. Fuel consumption dropped with the first application, along with the opacity reduction. Within 1 week, servicing went to 70 gallons, and at 5-6 weeks, it was down to 50-60 gallons per bus. </li></ul><ul><li>Temperature dropped 15-20 degrees (engine operating temp) </li></ul>
  24. 24. RESULTS OF MAXI-MIZER FROM CITY OF ALEXANDRIA… CONT <ul><li>Initially was using 4-6 cases of Lucas grease per month. After applying MAXI-MIZER grease, for the last 2 months, they are still using the same one (1 each) tube for the entire fleet. </li></ul><ul><li>Found no need to change bearings during brake replacement maintenance due to no wear noticed on the race bearing indicator. $125 per bearing per wheel. </li></ul><ul><li>In the rear ends, was initially using 2 gallons of Lucas with rear end oil. With MAXI-MIZER, use only 24 ounces. </li></ul><ul><li>Mileage went to improvements of 2-3 miles per gallon to 4-5 miles per gallon. </li></ul><ul><li>City buses maintained their mpg in the summer of 2007 with no breakdowns. Extreme heat index didn’t affect mileage or performance. </li></ul>

Keep in mind, they are using ULSD fuel. </li></ul><ul><li>Reduced maintenance cost and downtime by over 50% and increase production by over 50%. </li></ul><ul><li>The city’s budget director was able to pull over $67k from the bus funds in order to offset the cost of rising fuel prices in the Public Works Division due to decrease maintenance spending. </li></ul><ul><li>Upon inspection of the internal part of the engine, the Superintendent of A-Trans, Mr. Pat Leaumount witnessed the lack of carbon deposits. All engines are at 400,000 miles. </li></ul><ul><li>The employee that orders the fuel for the bulk storage tanks noticed they were not ordering as much fuel the 2 nd week of applying MAXI-MIZER. She had no knowledge of the testing. </li></ul><ul><li>Minimize 44k usage from $12.95 per can per vehicle to $3.50 for 2 ounces of MXM. </li></ul><ul><li>Stopped smoking on a 7-month old vehicle in the Utility Dept. Ford couldn’t find a fault code for the problem. </li></ul>
  26. 26. RESULTS OF MAXI-MIZER FROM CITY OF ALEXANDRIA <ul><li>Fuel and oil consumption went down, significantly. Lucas products could not affect any of these results. A-Trans used only Lucas prior to MAXI-MIZER. </li></ul><ul><li>Sanitation and Street Departments begin applications of MAXI-MIZER and noticed the immediate reduction in fuel usage (5-7 gallons reduction per fill-up) on the first application of their various vehicles. </li></ul><ul><li>Both departments also noticed immediate improved vehicle performance, as well. </li></ul><ul><li>Over 90% of the Streets Dept fleet was treated with MXM and still have not experienced any downtime due to fuel or lubrication related problems, which is unusual. This created a $43,000 savings in a 30 day period. </li></ul><ul><li>Change oil intervals from every 3,000 to 8,000 miles. </li></ul><ul><li>Mayor informed the City Council on attesting that the products works after confirming it on the trolleys purchased by the City of Alexandria and used in the Mardi Gras Parade in 2009. Buses were smoking heavily prior to MAXI-MIZER application at 100k and 200k miles on each trolley. Not anymore!!! </li></ul>

Who Manufactures The Product? <ul><li>The manufacturing responsibility for this product is spread between several manufacturers so that the maximum degree of expertise and quality control can be utilized at each stage in the process. </li></ul><ul><li>The catalyst itself is manufactured by a billion-dollar-a-year company with nationally-recognized quality control capabilities since this portion of the manufacturing process is very complex and requires extremely close attention to manufacturing details. </li></ul><ul><li>The final mixing of the product is conducted by a firm with over 30 years of experience in the formulation and blending of performance chemicals. </li></ul><ul><li>Both of these entities will remain proprietary so as to protect their other manufacturing processes and procedures. </li></ul>

How Long Has This Product Been Sold? <ul><li>The product has been under development and scientific testing for the last 12 years prior to 1984, which is when the product was available to the public. </li></ul><ul><li>Eagle Marketing (formerly American Professional Marketing) has successfully negotiated the first opportunity to market these products. </li></ul><ul><li>The products have been offered on a limited basis to major truck fleets for test purposes. </li></ul><ul><li>This has resulted in the establishment of data on 302 million miles of over-the-road testing. </li></ul><ul><li>The actual truck fleets, for obvious reasons, will remain proprietary. </li></ul>

What is in the product and how does each property work to produce results? <ul><li>The combustion catalyst increases the rate of burning, which increases pressure on the piston, providing improved power. </li></ul><ul><li>……… ..improves completeness of combustion, reducing excessive emissions. </li></ul><ul><li>……… ..acts directly on carbon deposits by reducing the temperature at which they will burn. This allows normal combustion to gradually remove most, if not all, carbon deposits over a period of time. </li></ul><ul><li>……… ..modifies the ignition behavior of the fuel, resulting in the anti-knocking benefits (reduced dieseling and pinging). The catalyst in the MAXI-MIZER formulation also increases the octane/cetane rating of the fuel. </li></ul><ul><li>The detergent helps remove and prevent deposits in the carburetor throat, fuel filter, pump and lines, improving performance and reducing emissions. </li></ul><ul><li>The dispersant maintains a small amount of gum and sludge, which is present in all commercially available fuel, in dispersion, and keeps it from agglomerating which can cause deposits and filter clogging. </li></ul>

Cont…. <ul><li>The fuel stabilizing components reduce oxidation of the fuel, which can cause deterioration in combustion quality, and color drift, which indicates the formation of sediment or sludge. </li></ul><ul><li>Additional fuel stabilizing components also maintain moisture in solution in the fuel, thereby dramatically reducing rust which can clog filters and destroy fuel system components. </li></ul><ul><li>The carrier components in the MAXI-MIZER formulation improve the lubricating value of the fuel, improving fuel pump performance and lubrication in the top cylinder area. </li></ul><ul><li>A minute amount of methanol in the GASOLINE MAXI-MIZER formulation maintains water in solution, effectively preventing ice crystal formation and thereby reducing the risk of icing in both the fuel line and the carburetor. </li></ul>
