  6. 6. Energy Generation• Emotions are the driving force behind humans.• The positive emotions generated, in turn generates a lot of energy.• And suddenly the group finds itself to be energized. Positive Future• The energy generated is strong enough for people to Dream of a positive future.• This is an excellent example of the inherent potential in all human beings – waiting to be harnessed.• They are able to collectively think of a positive future, which otherwise might not have been considered. RESULT : The Dream, Discover and Design  Self lead task forces phases were similar to Case 1.  Progress reporting on a monthly basis.. In contracting, we sensitized the manager about the need to sustain the energy. Actions were generated with a clear owner defined. Monthly follow-up meetings were scheduled.
