  3. 3. Enable Location Services If you plan to use Find My iPad or other geographic based Apps, you need to enable Location Services.Basic Setup 3
  4. 4. Find the Wireless Network At school, you will connect to Guest.Basic Setup 4
  5. 5. Choose Setup Choose Set Up as a New iPadBasic Setup 5
  6. 6. Create a Free Apple ID For the district iPads, you will create an Apple ID using your district email.Basic Setup 6
  7. 7. Select your birthdate. This is used to help retrieve your password if you forget it.Basic Setup 7
