Public Safety <ul><li>Law enforcement agencies, emergency management services, and vital first responders currently rely on an antiquated system that is obsolete. </li></ul><ul><li>SPLOST will fund the acquisition of a new technologically advanced system designed with redundancies and emergency backup systems that will prevent downtime. </li></ul><ul><li>All agencies will be able to confidently communicate during severe weather emergencies, such as the Mother’s Day Tornados, amber alerts, criminal investigations and homeland security issues. </li></ul>
