THE SOUND OF RECYCLING
Maria Douvleka and Katerina Douka, B’1
2.
How it all began…
Due to the history lesson, the students of the
1rst junior high school in Markopoulo Attiki,
made musical instruments from everyday items
and showed us the magic of recycling.
3.
How it all began…
They got inspired from the ancient Greeks that used
to make musical instruments out of wood and other
natural products. The ancient Greeks invited a lot of
musical instruments, and some of them, made by
more modern materials, are even used nowadays.
4.
And in the end…
The sound turned out to be very similar, to the
original organs and the kids had a very good
time making and playing with them.
