ZPoint is Simple & Consists of:<br />A benign yet powerful subconscious clearing program that we “read” into our subconscious mind. <br />A cue word to activate that program.<br />Special statements that focus our intention to ‘release’ difficult feelings attached to situations, circumstances or relationships.<br />
  3. 3. ZPoint is about Feelings<br />We add meaning/feeling to everything in our lives. <br />We can change our thoughts about a thing by changing how we feel when we think about it.<br />We can easily change how we feel with ZPoint. <br />When we change how it feels, we change how we experience that thing and what it means to us.<br />
  4. 4. Subconscious Clearing Program<br />I hereby set a powerful intention within you, my subconscious mind, to affect the best of all possible outcomes by this clearing, and each time I notice a feeling that does not feel good as I think certain thoughts or remember certain people, situations or events, you will gently and easily Eliminate that feeling completely as I repeat my cue word over and over, and you will eliminate everything I feel because of it, everything I feel that connects to it and everything I feel that has resulted from it, to whatever extent it exists within me.<br />

Repeating Your Cue Word<br />Any word or sound will do, although some are better than others.<br />“YES” or “Thank You” are always good to use.<br />You can change or add to your list of cue words by saying “I change my cue word to _______” or “I add __________ to my list of cue words”. <br />
  6. 6. The Characteristic Feeling<br />When we think of or remember a person, how does it feel?<br />When we remember certain times in our lives, how does it feel?<br />When we think certain thoughts, how does it feel?<br />
  7. 7. ZPoint is a Subconscious Process<br />All the work is taking place in the background.<br />This means that you don’t need to “TRY” to make anything happen. Your subconscious mind is doing the actual work.<br />Your only job is to continue to repeat your cue word as you guide yourself or are guided through the process.<br />
  8. 8. Freedom comes from Feeling Good<br />When you feel good you are connecting with the larger, non-physical part of you that knows no limitation.<br />When you connect with that larger part of you, you feel joy and a sense of expanded freedom.<br />The more you can feel good and connect to that expanded version of yourself, the better your life will be in ALL areas. <br />

You now have a tool…<br />ZPoint is a simple tool you can use to feel better about all aspects of your life.<br />Feeling good about your life is the key to happiness.<br />Releasing anything that does not feel good is the key to feeling even better.<br />It takes 6 ½ minutes to go through the ZPoint Clearing Protocol once. <br />Feeling better about almost anything is never more than 6 ½ minutes away. <br />

Start with Releasing Circle<br />Imagine a Circle directly in front of you.<br />“Intend” that the Characteristic Feeling be placed within the Releasing Circle. <br />Count down from 10 to 0, repeating your cue word between counts.<br />If your mind wanders, just bring it back to repeating your cue word.<br />

ZPoint Clearing Statements<br />I clear all the ways I feel THAT feeling.<br />I clear all the ways I feel that feeling because… <br />I clear all the ways I feel that feeling whenever…<br />I clear all the ways I may feel that feeling if…<br />I clear all the ways unconscious parts of me feel that feeling.<br />I clear all the ways these parts feel that feeling because…<br />I clear all the ways these parts benefit from my attachment to feeling that feeling.<br />I clear all the ways these parts wouldn’t feel safe if I let that feeling go, right now!<br />

Clearing the Remainder…<br />As the old saying goes “once is not enough”. <br />If we don’t want that feeling coming back we must make sure we release ALL OF IT. <br />We normally do 3 rounds for each clearing, more if any part of that feeling remains, including whatever we assume we can’t feel consciously. <br />
  13. 13. Do it at least 3 times<br />Go through the process at least 3 times for each feeling.<br />Then TEST to see if it’s completely gone.<br />If not, take that feeling through the process one more time, just to be sure.<br />
