  • 2. Nutrition Is the scientific study of food and drink To have a good nutrition, you have to eat food that contains nutrients, like: carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats and water.

    • Dairy products : Milk, yogurt & fresh cheese.
    • Meat : Chicken, turkey, seafood (tuna), derivates (jam, sausage) and beef (rarely).
    Favorable Food

    • Fruits : Grapefruit, pineapple, apple, orange, strawberry (3), cucumber, melon and papaya.
    • Vegetables : Lettuce, carrot, tomatoe, celery, broccoli and spinach .
  • 5.
    • Cereals : Integral bread, integral rice, oats, corn tortilla, and granola.
    • Nuts & legumes : Nuts and peanut (1). Peas and beans.
  • 6.
    • Oils & pastas : Vegetal oil, pasata, white rice and potatoes.
    • Sweets : Cookies, sugar substitute and ice cream.
  • 7. Cereals {At most meals} Vegetalbes {5 portions | day} Fruits {2-3 portions | day} Seafood Poulty, eggs {0-2 portions | day} Dairy products {1-2 portions | day} Sweets {Rarely} Healthy-Eating Pyramid

    • Drink 8 glasses of water everyday
    • Take 5 meals at day
    • Do exercise
    • Eat slow
    • Take breakfast everyday
    • Try to avoid the junk food.
