Experience without Knowledge? Tip #4: Validate your Experience, through Knowledge. Bring in the learning of Failures and Success that you’ve experienced during your Academic and Professional life on CV and how you plan to Over-come it!

Seniority without Leadership? Tip #5: Leadership does not comes with Seniority whereas Seniority comes with Leadership Can you lead others through experience of success and failures not by virtue of authority or position?

Romancing with Dead Skills? Tip #6: Upgrade your skills or marry with new skills! Don’t stick with skills required during Y2K era. Feel the pulse of innovation and equip yourself with the futuristic skills.
