    2. To Start With: 1) You need OneCard 2) You need Digital Pass Generator You need special code called “CIC” that you should have received from Bank 3) Key Points to Remember:  Accessing your information is secured via special encryption and verified by Security Certificate  For your security the access to your accounts may only be via all three components below:  Your OneCard Number  Your CIC code  Your Digital Pass Generator  Once logged in, you will still be required to input Onetime Code to confirm specific transaction (i.e. transfer, etc). Every time you press Digital Pass Generator, it displays random number.  Internet Banking is an alternative to contacting your Private Banker. Should you feel not sure about the way to access or execute transactions via internet banking, please consult your Private Banker during business hours in order to consult or to ask to execute specific transaction or prepare account statement without the need for you to access internet banking.  You can also call 24/7 at +99532 444333 if you have urgent inquiry
    3. 1) Visit website: http://www.ibank.ge Logging In 2) You can choose English version 3) Type number of your OneCard in the USER field 4) Type special code provided to you by bank in the CIC CODE field 5) Click LOGIN 1 2 3 4 5
    4. Use the Digital Pass Generator – Press the button to Generate new code 1) Digital Pass and input the code in ONETIME CODE field 2) Click LOGIN 1 2
    5. 1) The Front Page provides information about your funds and other activities at Front Page Bank of Georgia. You can check specific account status or deposit placed via clicking on the account number or account name on the front page 2) You can access more detailed sections, such as DEPOSITS via clicking relevant field on left-hand Menu 3) You can always return to Front Page via clicking MY ACCOUNTS 3 2 1
    6. 1) You can view detailed information about your existing deposits (if any) Deposits 2) You can open new deposit(s) using the funds on your current accounts via going through step-by-step process of NEW DEPOSIT. You can choose currency, term, etc – the system will then show you the interest rate that will accrue on such deposits . At the end of the process you will be asked to input ONETIME CODE (which you generate via your Digital Pass Generator) 2 1
    7. 1) You can view detailed information about your current account via clicking Accounts relevant account number on the Front Page, or via going to ACCOUNTS and clicking relevant account number on that page 1
    8. 1) Once you access ACCOUNTS section and decide to look at specific account , you Account click the relevant account number and look at the details provided on the page Details 2) You can view current balance on your multicurrency account in each currency, as well as equivalents in USD (or other currency of your choice) 3) You can also view information about your overdraft (if any) and also on the funds that are not yet debited from your account, but are being processed based on the transaction you make with your card 1 2 3
    9. 1) You can view Account Statement(s) for the period you specify via clicking Account HISTORY Statements 2) You can also rename the account and call it the name that you can easily identify next time 2 1
    10. 1) You can do any transaction via Internet Banking via going to TRANSACTIONS Local 2) You can transfer funds between your accounts via clicking BETWEEN MY Transactions ACCOUNTS, choosing the accounts to execute transfer between and input amounts 3) You will be required to input code generated by your Digital Pass Generator to confirm transaction 1 2 3
    11. 1) You can transfer from your account in Bank of Georgia to any other account International worldwide via clicking FOREIGN 2) You input the details of the transfer and choose account from which to transfer Transfers 3) You may want to check the SWIFT code for international transfers via clicking SWIFT and in pop-up window typing name of the bank you wish to transfer to 4) After filling in the transfer details, you confirm the transaction via onetime code generated by your Digital Pass Generator 2 1 3
    12. 1) You can check the status of the transactions you execute via Internet Transaction Banking via clicking MY ACCOUNTS at any time Status 2) Then you click PENDING ORDERS and relevant info will appear in the window where you can see the status of your order – i.e. “Processing”; “Completed”, etc 1 2
