  • Zestimate – Just a starting point, way to get conversation started. Something cool – Listing agent can now publically comment on the ZestimateOnly AVM that gives ourselves Report Card, or publish our accuracy. Use this when person says “but Zillow says…”
  • Just announced! Soon all listings on Zillow will populate Yahoo! Real Estate. Even more exciting is that you can now buy local advertising on both Zillow and Yahoo! In the past you couldn’t buy ads at a local level on the national site. Now you’ll be able to. Zillow and Yahoo are the 2nd and 3rd most trafficked real estate sites. Now advertising on Zillow reaches the largest real estate ad network. These two sites together have more reach than MOVE’s ad network!
  • But now let’s talk about what this means for you, and to like I’d like to use Gary as an example. Here is an agent who has embraced the Zillow system, and thus saw the amount of leads he got go up exponentially. There is so much you can do on Zillow for free, but if you REALLY want to stand out and get a ton more leads, it pays to participate in our Zillow Premier Agent program, which you can target down to the ZIP code level. Gary first started by creating a profile, which is free to do. Fill it out completely, get social media info in there, links in About me section. Very important – make sure emails match.
  • How to get a hold of us. Sure you are wondering how much this costs? Depends on Zip Code. If you’d like for me to get you a number, fill out form, write down zip code and drop it by the booth.
