  • Douglas J has many aspects of their business. They need to integrate all of these together and promote the company as a whole. Right now Douglas J has a mixed message because each of their salons has their own messages, but after this campaign they will all be one and promote the Douglas J companies.
  • The goal for Douglas J is to double their sales. This means we need to create more sales from current customers and bring in new customers. Social Marketing will help Douglas J bring in new customers and retain their current ones.
  • Since all other components are free, we want to make sure we utilize these the most and use them to their fullest potential.
  • Douglas J needs to accomplish all of these in order to increase their sales.
  • It is important that Douglas J uses keywords throughout their web page to help increase SEO. Creating a blog will also help increase SEO by providing relevant topics.
  • Use all social media tools to help drive new traffic.
