Knowing what we eat will help us to distinguish between it being good for us vs not being good. Once that's established, we can decide whether or not "it" should be eaten. This is quite empowering!
This will eventually become habitual and VERY freeing.
Ahh... another freeing element rather than trying to juggle several (or even more) tasks at one time. This practice = bondage and chains. Burst free!
Every time I walk I ask myself why I don't do it more. Why don't you?
