    19. 19.  Graduated from Faculty of Cultural Science University of Indonesia 1978 with has been committed to human resources, leadership and cultural development matters since in her campus life where she was a student activist as Vice Chairman of Student Senate. Her first formal association with HR & leadership development when she joined Bina Antarbudaya, the partner of AFS International Exchange Program for 8 years with last position as Program Director. Together with the voluntary team, she led to select and develop hundreds future Indonesian leaders who are now becoming prominent leaders in their fields. Her association provided her a rich global and cross cultural exposures as well as leadership development  She continued her HR profession and commitment as HR consultant when she joined Sampoerna Executive Resources Center-SERC for 2 years where she served executive recruitment and assessment services to various corporations. In 1983, together with her partners, she founded PMK Consulting and assumed as Manager and Consultant for Executive Recruitment & Assessment services. In the early year of 2000, she was the Business Director and started to serve organization services, specifically in organization culture, and assumed as Senior Consultant. In the past 4 years, she leads PMK Consulting as President Director as well as Senior Consultant for Executive Recruitment & Assessment, organization culture development and total HR solutions services.  Under PMK Consulting for 19 years, she attended various national and international management courses, specifically on HR studies where she got some certifications, among others Kostick PAPI and MBTI. She has been serving HR strategic solutions with sound business prospective to various clients: BUMN, MNC, NC, NGO and Public Institutions. Her persistent profession in HR studies and services comes for her commitment towards national capacity building for the betterment of Indonesia and global society. Based on her thorough observations, studies and practices, she writes articles and papers on strategic HR and leadership subjects, and also becomes a resource person for the subjects in public seminars.

His career started in IBM Indonesia in strategic sales and marketing functions with his last positions as Business Director for Asean region. His association with IBM for almost 20 years has provided him an extensive strategic framework and global exposure which led him to other global corporation. He assumed executive position in with Excel-comindo, Citibank, GE Indonesia which gave him further valuable strategic exposures with fuller spectrum. Since 2004, he is the Business Director of MIK, service technology company, and at the same time associating with PMK Consulting as Associate Senior Consultant.  He is a Senior Consultant with strong emphasize in strategic business, organization transformation, marketing and Sales, Product Management Organizational Alignment, Operations Management, Team Leadership, Strategic Networking. He started associating with PMK Consulting since 2007, and he has provided diverse clients of strategic management consultancy, mostly in organization and business transformation services. The clients, among others were Eco-Securities, Sriboga Group, Pertamina Tongkang, Balai Pustaka, Recapital Group, Directorate General of Tax.  On individual basis, he was also enstrusted by corporations to provide strategic management consultancy to big corporation and organizations such as : Ministry of Manpower-Business Process and Organization Structure evaluation, Pertamina Pelumas-Organization Spin-Off Initiatives, Pertamina Aviation-Organization Transformation, Bank BNI on e-Learning Blueprint, and Resource Development Strategy, And many others.  He is also a facilitator and trainer for in-house workshop or training programs for private & multinational corporations as well as government institutions on subjects of Strategic Management, Change Management, Marketing & Account Management, HR Management, and Information Technology/Systems.  As a highly season professional with rich corporate perspective, he is also the Senior Consultant for conducting the managerial competency assessments of top executives

He has more than 20 years of business experience in a global corporation, IBM Indonesia, as well as in one of state own company, PT Surveyor Indonesia with his last position as GM-HR. Prior to his post in HR Management, he was the GM Operation for Batam, and Deputy GM Operation for Eastern Europe and Middle East region. Before becoming a Management Consultant, he was the President Director of a joint venture company between German company and PT Surveyor Indonesia.  His strong managerial competency and broad perspective is also supported by various courses on management subjects, including strategic HR, among others: TQM, ISO, BSC, Business Process Improvement, Coaching & Counseling, Entrepreunerial Thinking, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and many more. He is also Certified Quality Management Program from ASQ, Certified NLP, Certified ISO 9000 Lead Auditor, Certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, Certified Integrated Resources Management Program (APICS).  Indeed he has a rich corporate experience which becomes his reference in providing management consultancy services to many clients with sound solutions for best outcome.
