  2. 2. It’s necessary to create a Google email account as a part of applying for membership in the Careers in Federal Libraries Google Group. Once you set up this Google email account, change the settings so that email is forwarded to whatever email you regularly check. New jobs are posted almost daily, and you will want to hear about them as soon as they are advertised.
  3. 3. ONE IMPORTANT NOTE – When completing your request to join the group it is very important to not only input your e-mail address but ALSO to enter a reason stating why you want to join the group. Applications that do not have an accompanying message will be rejected as spam.
