They are born in a stream, swim out to the ocean, grow in the ocean, swim back to where they were hatched from, mate, lay eggs, and will shortly end up dying afterwords. </li></ul><ul><li>Atlantic Salmon are placed in a hatchery, grow, and feed in a restricted area, majority of the time they are turned into commercial food products and are exported across the world to other countries or in grocery stores. </li></ul>

That same fish contains over half of the necessary B12, niacin, and selenium, is an excellent source of B6, magnesium, and calcium. Wild salmon is an excellent source of food for everyone, especially for all young children and older people, because it is really easy to digest in the stomach and is delightfully tasty. Salmon is one of the healthiest fish available for consumption.The Omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon are also known to support brain function by improving memory, relaxes the brain and prevents such disorders as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease. Migraines, headaches, lupus, Lyme disease, multiple sclerosis, bones, joints, visual development, and ear infections. The omega-3 fatty acids have beneficial properties that have been studied in a treatment of a number of mental conditions such as depression, bi-polar disorder, and schizophrenia. </li></ul>
