Total Compensation Measurement - Aon Hewitt

  1. 1. Total Compensation Measurement™ With 180 countries covered, Total Compensation Measurement™ (TCM) sets the standard for global compensation benchmarking. It is the most comprehensive source for reward data, enabling you to understand global pay practices and make quick and accurate decisions. 180 countries, 711 benchmark positions and 5,000 combinations The possibilities are almost limitless. TCM delivers the most comprehensive source of compensation and benefits information across all industries and countries. Simple and flexible We run one single survey questionnaire that is globally consistent and relevant to local practices. You can match your data by job descriptions and JobLink™ levels (reflecting job family and career path) for 711 globally consistent benchmark positions, allowing over 5,000 combinations. Put simply, whatever the job you need to match, you’ll find the benchmark you’re looking for in TCM. Reporting is delivered via Aon Hewitt’s online portal which allows you to create your own peer groups and benchmark your data against the companies of your choice. Access data on the following pay components:  Allowances  Base salary  Bonus & incentives  Fixed payments  Long-term incentives  Perquisites (incl. company car)  Risk-insured benefits  Sales incentives Timeline & fees Data collection begins in March and results are published in September.
