Deepening partnerships between US and Russian education and youth organizations, addressing the three education-youth priorities that were defined during the Civil Society Partnership Program (CSPP) summit that took place in Moscow in November 2011.

These priorities were:

1. Increasing global awareness, cultural understanding and dispelling stereotypes amongst youth
2. Sharing best practices by Russian/US education and youth NGOs
3. Giving youth a voice and investment in the design of future interactions

Identify a collaborative process for Russian/US education and youth NGOs to share best practices Articulate the synergies between education and youth NGOs to create supportive partnerships and networks Identify appropriate technology tools and their accessibility, usage protocols for collaboration
