    Consider the influence of the US Constitution on political systems in the contemporary world

    i want to re-introduce you to some constitutional principles
  • 5. Hi I’m Federalism!
    I allow the national government and the state government to share power.
    “Sharing is Caring!”
  • 6. In the US COnstitution
    I allow the national government to share some power with the 50 state governments.
    Everyone gets a turn because “Sharing is Caring!”

    I allow the national government to share power with the governments of the 9 provinces
    Because “sharing is caring”
  • 8. Greetings fragalings, I am separation of powers
    I divide all of the governments powers so that none of the branches has too much power
  • 9. In the US constitution
    I separate the US government into 3 branches. The Legislative, Executive, & Judicial.

    I also divide South Korea’s government into 3 branches: parliament, the court system, and a president

    The preamble states “We the people of the United States… Do ordain and establish this Constitution…”
  • 13. “We, the Japanese people… do proclaim that the sovereign power resides with the people and do firmly establish this Constitution.”
