    42. 51. You’ll never find us unprepared. That’s why everything about Rockwell is well-planned. Our utilities and incrastructure include 28 megawatts of standby generator power so blackouts don’t affect us. Air conditioning, elevators, and cable TV run 24 hours. Rain or shine or super storm, our residents stay safe and comfortable. And that lets us sleep well at night. Photo taken by Inquirer lensman Jim Guiao Punzalan, on 28 September 2006, the night Milenyo hit Manila.
