  • 3. DORAEMON  Doraemon (ドラえもん Doraemon) is a Japanese manga series created by Fujiko Fujio, which later became an anime series and an Asian franchise. The series is about a robotic cat named Doraemon, who travels back in time from the 22nd century to aid a pre-teen boy called Nobita Nobi (野比 のび太 Nobi Nobita).  The series first appeared in December 1969, when it was published simultaneously in six different magazines. A total of 1,344 stories were created in the original series, which are published by Shogakukan under the Tentōmushi (て んとう虫) manga brand, extending to forty-five volumes. The volumes are collected in the Takaoka Central Library in Toyama, Japan, where Fujiko Fujio was born. Turner Broadcasting System bought the rights to the Doraemon anime series in the mid-1980s for a US English-language release, but canceled it without explanation before broadcasting any episodes. In July 2013 it was announced that the manga would be released digitally in English via the Amazon Kindle e-book service.
  • 4. SPONGEBOB SQUAREPANTS SpongeBob SquarePants is a fictional character in the animated television series SpongeBob SquarePants. He is voiced by Tom Kenny and first appeared on television in the series' pilot episode "Help Wanted" on May 1, 1999. SpongeBob was created and designed by cartoonist and marine biologist Stephen Hillenburg shortly after the cancellation of Rocko's Modern Life in 1996. Hillenburg intended to create a series about an over-optimistic sponge that annoys other characters. Hillenburg compared the concept to Laurel and Hardy and Pee-wee Herman. As he drew the character, he decided that a "squeaky-clean square" (like a kitchen sponge) fits the concept. His name is derived from "Bob the Sponge", the host of Hillenburg's comic strip The Intertidal Zone that he originally drew in 1989 while studying at the California Institute of the Arts. SpongeBob is a naïve and goofy sea sponge who works as a fry cook in the fictional underwater town of Bikini Bottom.
  • 5. Shinchan  Crayon Shin-chan (クレヨンしんちゃん Kureyon Shin-chan?) (also known as Shin Chan in some countries), is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yoshito Usui. An anime adaptation of the series began airing on TV Asahi in 1992, and continues to this day. The show has now been dubbed in Danish, English, Dutch, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Galician, Catalan, Basque, Polish, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Hebrew, Tamil, Tagalog, Indonesian, Malay, Thai and Vietnamese.
  • 6.  Tom and Jerry is a series of theatrical animated cartoon films created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera for Metro-GoldwynMayer, centering on a rivalry between a cat (Tom) and a mouse (Jerry) whose chases include slapstick comedy. Hanna and Barbera ultimately wrote, produced, and directed 114 Tom and Jerry shorts at the MGM cartoon studio in Hollywood from 1940 to 1957. The original series is notable for having won seven Academy Awards, tying with Walt Disney's Silly Symphonies as the theatrical animated series with the most Oscars. • 16. Conclusion Most of student XII Science4 like Spongebob Squarepants because of the humour in the show appeals to adults and children. There are silly jokes and storylines that children enjoy, and more complex jokes meant for adults which might fly over your head if you watch it thinking it's a childrens cartoon. It contains lots of in jokes to do with marine biology and it also has music from heaps of alternative rock bands, while managing to throw in a heap of references to popular cultur along the way. Student XII Science 4 who like Doraemon because Doraemon would always be there to help Nobita who was in need (or bullied by his fellow friends), and at the same time, he also made others happy too. Like at the time machine and lots of other gadgets that he has. When he took out and used his gadgets, they felt that dreams they were coming true too, as if they was part of them.
  • 17. Conclusion Student XII Science4 who like Shinchan because Shinchan has unique characteristic and the author give a good story and make the audience enjoy while watching shinchan. Student XII Science4 who like Tom & Jerry says •Because when you see a cat and a mouse, you expect the cat to own the mouse. But Jerry totally beats the crap out of Tom and...it's unexpected? And violent.Violence is always a plus in cartoons.
