Adaptations

  1. 1. AdaptationsBy: Julie
  2. 2. White Bellied Sea Eagle Structural adaptation Their hooked bill is dark and their legs are a creamy colour with long black talons with tiny spikes in the soles of their feet. Their legs are used to help them gasp slippery aquatic animals such as fish, turtles and sea snakes as their prey for their food.
  3. 3. Eucalyptus Tree Behavioural adaptation The leaves on the tree have a thick waxy cuticle that reduces water loss. It helps it to survive as the trees are usually planted where there is little water. This helps the eucalyptus trees to keep moist, stay alive and grow.
