With tens of millions flocking tothese communities on a daily basis, its potential as a powerful marketing tool is unparalleled. Used fortraining, demonstration, promotion of new products, announcements and updates, there is no limit towhat social media can do for customer relations management, branding and impact on revenues, salesand profits.Of course, simply diving into the Internet marketing pool isn’t the answer. It’s no different than anyother marketing campaign. It should be approached cautiously and with a precise understanding of thebest way it should be handled.
