Versatile Group had started since 1989 in own land and building. And over the
year it has stablish itself as a leading apparel manufacturer located at A/122
BSCIC Industrial Estate Fatullah , Narayanganj - 1420 , Bangladesh
Factory is producing knit and Woven, top, bottom and jacket etc using both
imported & local fabric as per customer requirements.
A Progressive Professional management team and a good employee friendly
program is set-up to run marketing, sourcing, quality, c commercial and
production.
Factory is well lighted and ventilated with industrial safety measures as described
by the local regulatory laws and buyers Code of Conduct.

Principle -1: Laws and Regulations
Versatile group operates in the full compliance with the local law and regulation.
Principle-2 : Employment Age
Workers, Employees are hired less then 18-years of age.
Principle-3: Forced Labor
Versatile group factories do not use reflex or forced effort –indentured bonded or
others.
Principle -4 : Wages and Benefit
Versatile group factories pay compensation all employees fairly by providing
compensation package comprising wages and benefits that at the very less,
comply with legally mandated minimum standard. Each employee is provided with
a clear, written accounting for each pay period.
Employees are compensated for overtime according to the local law.
Principle-5 : Hours of Work
6. Versatile group ensures legal limitation on regular and overtime hour as mandated
by the local law of 60-hour per week including overtime. Except in extraordinary
business circumstances .All employees are entitled to one day off in every seven
day period.
