Stop movement of the machinery. Moving machinery get hand or clothing caught between moving
parts and stationary part.

Inspect the work area. Work area in unsafe condition could result to fire from spark. Ensure working area is clear of flammable materials. Floormen
Connect the air hose to the air supply. Blowing out of air could result to injuries to skin and eyes. Ensure both connections fit properly with right clamps. Use
whip checks/pins

Connect the needle gun to the air hose with
safety pin attached.
Lack of use of safety pin. Could leave the hose pulling and
jumping off and could act as dangerous whip.

Ensure good air (power) supply for the job to move on safely.
