  • Biography Beatrix Gabulya is Business Consultant and Executive Coach, owner of Your Leadership International Business Consultancy, focusing primarily on CEO Advisory, Leadership Development with Emotional Intelligence and Change Management. She is heading and leading the Management & Organisation Faculty at Business School Notenboom, University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Beatrix is President at Noble Manhattan Coaching Company International, Master Mind and coaching Support Group Concepts in Benelux. She is member of International Coach Federation and leading her Coaching Practise according to the highest standards and ethics of the industry. Since 2010 she works as Business Consultant and Executive Coach. As Business Consultant she works with companies to develop new models of their Management & Organisation, as CEO Advisory and leading Change Management Programs. With her leadership background, she supports executives and managers in strengthening their skills of leadership with emotional intelligence. She has a strong international and leadership background of 20 years with EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Worldwide responsibilities. She has started her professional career as a Banker and Corporate Finance, Credit Control Manager. After 8 years being in the banking and financial services industry she has changed career to Public Administration. Beatrix has been Managing the Operation of County Branches at the Hungarian State Treasury. Since 2000 she has taken on several Business Management roles in Business Administration and Operation, Sales and Marketing and managed succesfully large and complex Integration Programs, including Change Management. After graduating at Corvinus Universiteit Budapest (HU): Master of Public Policy, Administration and Management she has completed her second Master at University of Pecs (HU): Human Management, General Management, ‘Your Leadership is Your Success!’
