its relative positions and elevations.
Any Restrictions on the property.
Water related restrictions.
Structure and construction restrictions.
Contact environmental protection agency to

The zoning of the property.
• Zoning is the regulation of the use of land.
restricts a particular territory to residential,
commercial, industrial, also identifies the
flood zones etc.
Do you have legal access to a public road?
If the only access to the public road system is via a
private road over a neighboring property, will you
acquire a legal right to drive over that private road?
Does the existing access roadway meet the fire
department access requirements?
Amenities , this include…
• Schools, Hospitals, Libraries etc.
• Plan for the annual property tax.
