  • 2. Is it Possible?  Yes, it is Possible for You to Buy Land in USA as there are no restrictions to foreigners buying property anywhere in the USA.
  • 3. Investment Cost. The cost of land vary based on what features are on the parcel , its locations and size. Once you own the property you are responsible for payment of annual property tax.
  • 4. What is Process? First is to get a Tax Identification number from Plan the investment financing, you can pay cash or use owner financing option.
