2. SETTING GOALS
To be effective in the workplace, employees require clearly
defined goals
You need to carry out your work tasks properly and on time
in order to achieve your goals
At all times, goals must be specific and achievable
These goals lead to improved personal organisation which,
in turn, affects job satisfaction and success in the workplace
