  • 1. Ultimate Fat Loss Workout To give you a sneak peak behind the scenes of Fitter U Fitness, I’ve put together a preview of the one of the workouts from Month 2. This workout is called Fat Blaster 1 and it’s really the ultimate fat loss workout. Although I can’t divulge all the secrets that make this workout so beneficial for burning fat (it is a members only workout) I’m sure you’ll get a feel for why when you watch the video. Remember the hallmarks of good fat loss workouts – full body exercises using heavier weights to elicit maximum muscle involvement and thus calories burned.
