  • 1. Higos en almíbar
  • 2. Ingredientes:
    • 500gr de Higos
    • 1 vaso de azúcar
    • 1 copa de Pedro Jimenez
    • Canela en rama
    • Agua
  • 3. procedimientos
    • Preparamos un almíbar con el azúcar y el agua, (si tienes dudas acerca de cómo preparar almíbar , visita la receta básica). Al almíbar se le añade la copita de Pedro Jimenez y cuando hierba se echan los higos pelados a la cazuela. Cuando los higos esten tiernos se retiran del fuego y se dejan enfriar. Ésta receta de postre queda deliciosa si se combina con un helado de nata casero . Buen provecho !
