  • Today we would like to review with you some of our concepts in Hydrocephalus hoping to be able to distinguish at the end between facts and myths.
  • To keep the concept simple, let’s say that Hydrocephalus is characterized by ventricular dilatation due to altered CSF flow.
  • Please note the unusual elevation of the quadrigeminal plate in this case of distal aqueductal stenosis. Also note the extreme callosal distension. Note borderline Chiari. Presentation with syncope.
