Business NeedsTechnology Component Initially when the client, decided to integrate a content management strategy as part of IBM WebSphere Portal Server their business initiatives, they envisioned a platform that would map to their current and future needs. As an organization that has a huge need to store, update and deliver vast up- Oracle Database to-date amounts of information, an effective Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Interwoven 6.5, OpenDeploy strategy was vital. After the Interwoven tool was delivered by another vendor, the client (DataDeploy) found that their initial vision for the tool was not mapped correctly and user adoption was unsuccessful.
