4. Summary
Some good supervisors who understood the problems of
teachers manage to conduct a good meeting.
There is a chance for a supervisor to be a
resource person while a non-status person conducts the
meeting.
One cannot expect a free expression of ideas to leap into
being.
Traditional teachers fail to see a problem must be defined
before it can be solved by bringing together everyone
involve.
A problem involving a group could only be solved by
themselves not by others.

It is not easy to gather all those concerned.
The development of non-status leadership was
encouraged.
Free flow of ideas and broad participation of
members were fostered.
To test the teachers’ perception of the changing
pattern of the meeting , the director of instruction
sent a brief questionnaire to 48 teachers of academic
subjects.
Teachers are more willing to participate in meeting
nowadays compared to the traditional ones.

An eager beaver who felt stimulated to ask a question
learnt that this must be done personally. In our opinion ,
we feel that the audience does not have the right spirit
during the meeting as they keep on thinking to dismiss
the meeting. This prevent the people to ask question
from getting approval
Traditional teacher fails to see that before a problem can
be solve, it must be defined. We feel it’s interesting
because we need to define the problem in order to find a
solution for the problem
It is not always possible to bring together ‘all those
concerned’. We find it interesting because it is not easy to
gather those involved in the meeting.

which might prevent the smooth flow of discussion
