         1.1 Low Iron patterned glass

       Ultra-clear PV glass is ultra clear rolled glass and is also called ultra-clear wove (patterned) glass. It is

mainly used as sealing glass of solar cells and is an indispensable part of photovoltaic solar cells. It enjoys

outstanding performance such as high sun light transmittance, low absorption rate, low reflectivity, and low iron

content and is the most ideal packaging material for solar photovoltaic and photo-thermal transformation systems.

It can largely improve photo electric and photothermal conversion efficiency.


● Introduction

Ultra-clear PV glass is ultra clear rolled glass and is also called ultra-clear wove (patterned) glass. It is mainly used

as sealing glass of solar cells and is an indispensable part of photovoltaic solar cells. It enjoys outstanding

performance such as high sun light transmittance, low absorption rate, low reflectivity, and low iron content and is

the most ideal packaging material for solar photovoltaic and photo-thermal transformation systems. It can largely

improve photo electric and photothermal conversion efficiency.

● Application

The non-toxic composition of Xinyi’s ultra-clear PV glass fully conforms to the strict requirements of Europe, U.S.

and Japan for environment protection. It is ideal packaging material for solar photovoltaic and solar thermal

components.

Ultra-clear PV glass sheet

(1) Glass thickness: 3.0mm/10mm; standard thickness: 3.2mm/4.0mm

(2) Maximum size: 2200﹡3300mm

Ultra-clear PV glass steel slice:

         1.2 Low iron float glass

             Low iron float glass is a kind of exceeding clarity and low iron glass, which is also called       Ultra-clear

float glass, high transmittance glass. It is a new and high-grade type of grass of high quality and with many

functions. It features high transmittance and is crystal clear, top-grade and elegant. Besides, ultra-clear glass

enjoys all machinable performance owned by superior float glass as well as superior physical, mechanical and

optical properties. Due to its superior performance, ultra-clear float glass will be more widely used and has bright

market prospect. Low iron float glass is also called ultra clear glass, it can be used as the cover or base glass for

the thin film PV, low iron and high light transmission, this product can help improve the conversion of solar energy;

      ● Application

low iron float glass is widely applied in the following fields of solar energy for its very high sun light and visible light

transmittance:

◆ Heat Mirror of Solar Energy

It takes full advantages of extreme reflectivity of ultra-clear glass, improves the concentration effect of sunlight and

greatly raises photo-thermal efficiency.

◆ Thin Film Solar Cell

With higher sun light transmittance, it can raise photoelectric transformation efficiency.

◆ BIPV Program

Ultra-clear white glass can be used as both front panel glass of thin-film solar cell and decoration glass for BIPV
program. It not only can meet the daylighting needs indoor but also can meet photovoltaic efficacy. So it will be the

main trend in the development of building in the future.

◆ Greenhouse Glass

It can accelerate plants photosynthesis and shorten the period of their growth, helping clients to gain more

economic benefits.

      1.3 AR coating on low iron patterned glass

   AR coated glass developed by our company is a kind of product formed relying on the world’s leading

technology and equipment after the surface of high-transmitting ultra-clear solar glass is plated with one layer of

anti-reflection film before the glass is tempered. Such glass can well effectively reduce the reflectance of glass

surface and improve transmittance, so as to raise the conversion efficiency of modules and improve the output

power of PV modules. Besides, it can self-clean the surface. It is the world’s advanced technology and product.

   Technology Introduction

This anti-reflection film relies on advanced nanoporous silica technology. By controlling the sizes and accumulation

forms of silica particles, it obtains nanoporous materials with uniformly distributed nanoscale on the surface of

ultra-clear glass. The reflectivity of film is reduced to about 1% and the reflectivity of solar energy is largely reduced,

so as to improve the solar transmittance and eventually improve the conversion efficiency of solar modules.
● Product Advantage

1. It adopts glass components with low content of iron. The transmittance is thus higher and module conversion

efficiency can be effectively improved.

2. The surfaces of glass are processed with nano-materials to form highly effectively antireflective film. The

transmittance is increased by about 2.54% (compared with uncoated glass).

3. The surfaces of glass are melted and specular reflection changes into diffuse reflection to reduce light pollution

to the environment.

4. It is tempered at high temperature. The film and glass bind firmly.

5. The film is well resistant to acid and alkali under bad outdoor conditions.

6. The film has self-cleaning function. It is able to decompose organic pollutes adhering to the surfaces of modules

so that maintenance of modules can be reduced.

7. The antireflective film absorbs little light. The antireflection effects will not be affected when reflection is reduced.

    1.4 TCO glass for thin film PV

   TCO glass, i.e. transparent conductive oxide glass, is a kind of glass coated with transparent conductive oxide film.We
introduced magnetron sputtering equipment from a German company who enjoys the world’s leading vacuum

technology according to the development need of domestic and international solar cell market, to manufacture

high-end PV conductive glass used for the new generation of thin film solar cells.

Specification:

The main material of our TCO products is AlZnO.

1. The main performance indexes of 3.2mm ultra white XYG-10 are as follows: transmittance: ≥81% (400-1000nm)

2. Haze value: ≥15% (560nm) ≥6% (800nm)

3. Square resistance: ≤10 /□

4. Film thickness uniformity: ≤4%

5. Square resistance uniformity: ≤7%

6. Transmittance uniformity: ≤1%

7.Maximum size: 2600×2200mm (3.2mm/4mm), able to cover all specifications smaller than the maximum size.

    1.5 backplate glass for PV

Introduction :

Mainly used in thin film solar cell, back sheet glass is made with float glass sheet as the substrate and then corner cut or drilled

to meet the demands of the thin film solar cell. The advanced imported equipment ensures the fine processing precision. And

the strict process control provides fine quality.

2.Regular Thickness: 3.2mm/4mm/5mm

3.Max size: 2600*2200mm

4.Hole Diameter: 10~50mm

5. tempered glass, high strength;

   1.6 AR coating on low iron float glass

    Now we developed one new solar glass for PV,AR coating on low iron float glass ,that can be used for thin

film module as top plate,c-Si module as cover plate,thermal collectors as top plate,display cases

&show-rooms as front glass;This new solar PV glass is of longer working life, higher solar

transmittance,enhancing battery modules’s output,overall outperforming low iron rolled glass in PV

application;This product also can be used on screen glass to improve the color saturation;
Specification:

     1.hard AR coating: integrated with super low iron float:Tpv:92.4%,Tvis:93%,the output power is

increased as much as 3w for thandem-junction thin film solar cells based on Oerlikon Solar’s applied

technology;

     2.Durable:fit stabdard ,superior comparison results, anti-corrosion effectively 10 times more power

than wet AR coating’,and blocking glass surface;

     3.Maneuverability:covenient   in   secondary   processes,handling,easy   tobe   packed,stored   and

transported;
