  • ABSTRACT Ginger ( ZingiberOfficinalis) and Vinegar ismade as anorganic insecticide. Ginger is a tropical plant that was spreadaround the tropical world during the colonial days. In Africa,Asia, or South America, and many hot spots between thosecontinents, locals have taken to using ginger widely in medicineand food. The entire ginger family is rich in oils that both killmicro-critters and stimulate the immune system to do thesame. The ways it stimulates the body are many, and, whetheradded to food or taken as a medicinal tea, ginger makes yourbody a little bit stronger and a little bit better and able to resistthe damaging forces of nature. The ginger is one of thematerials needed to make the organic insecticide. It is choppedand since its oils can kill micro-critters it is very useful in killingvarious insects. Vinegar is the all-natural liquid which is the onethat kills the insects when made contact. And if you put theginger and vinegar together and put them in a spray bottle youwill create the organic insecticide. And when tested it iseffective on many insects. Just spray on an insect and you willsee the results. Many insecticides are made today. And most ofthem are made with toxic chemicals which can harm theenvironment. This product that we made is safe and good forour environment since there are no toxic chemicals it is cheapand easy to make and also to use.

Since, our environment is at stakebecause of pollutions. One of these pollutions is on air. Ifyouhaven’t noticed our planet is deteriorating because ofthis. And one of the causes of air pollutions is theinsecticides and pesticides which have harmful chemicals.We all know that most of the insecticides and pesticidesused today contain those harmful chemicals. To lessen theproblem of air pollution, the researchers have made thisorganic insecticide.

  • Chapter IIISummary of FindingsIn this project the researchers have formulated an organicinsecticide which is effective on all sorts of insects. In theresearch we have done we have come to this point which wehave learned and discovered that what we have made is verymuch effective. The trials and research proves that this productcan be of good use especially on your garden. With this organicinsecticide you can now take care of your garden the naturalway without using those other insecticides that contain toxicchemicals which can help lessen your problem towards thoseinsects but can also destroy or environment. Because of thisproduct you can now protect your garden from certain insectsbut you can also lessen the problem of our environmentbecause of this product.
  • RecommendationMore than 1,000 Filipino people die in a year because ofdengue. This has been a big issue in our society, specially, onthe health of our young once that has been resolve. Now, thetime has come to slowly put and to this deadly insects. Nowinvention has occurred to be made to reduce the population ofdengue causing mosquitos.We would like to recommend our newest contribution to oursociety to reduce and may avoid the cause of dengue. Werecommend this product not only to our fellow students butalso to everyone so that they could use this as an alternative formosquito repellent, rather than using toxic insecticide. Sincethis is easy to make and it is not harmful to our health for it ismade out of vinegar and ginger.Easy to make, cheaper than the others, good for the health andenvironmental friendly, that is what our vinegar and gingerinsecticide repellent is. Itis proven to be effective and qualitybase as well.

  • Apple CiderApple cider vinegar, otherwise known simply as cider vinegar orACV, is made from cider or apple must, and as a brownish-yellow color. It often is solid unfiltered and unpasteurized withthe mother of vinegar present, as a natural product. Because ofits acidity, apple cider vinegar may be very harsh, even burning,to the throat. If taken straight,(as opposed to used I cooking),itcan be diluted before drinking. It is also taken sometimessweetened with sugar or honey. There have been reports ofacid chemical burns of the throat from apple cider vinegar wasin fact an ingredient in the evaluated products. The pH of applecider vinegar is typically between pH 4.25 and 5.00 if undiluted.BalsamicBalsamic vinegar is an aromatic, aged type of vinegar traditionallycrafted in the Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces of Italy from theconcentrated juice, or must, of white grapes(typically of the Trebbianovariety). It is very dark brown in color, and its flavour is rich, sweet andcomplex, with the finest grades being the product of years of aging in asuccessive number of casks made of various types of wood (includingoak, mulberry, chestnut, cherry, juniper, ash, and acacia). Originally aproduct availableto only the Italian upper classes, a cheaper form ofbalsamic vinegar became widely known and available around the worldin the late 20th century. True balsamic vinegar (which has ProtectedDesignation of Origin status) is aged for 12 to 15 years. Balsamicvinegars that have been aged for up to 100 years are available, thoughthey are usually very expensive.
