    4. 4. 2009 YMDA Indonesia - Timeline 1 <ul><li>4 th April: Kick-off Briefing </li></ul><ul><li>Developers will meet sponsors the first time </li></ul><ul><li>Sponsors to present their brief to developers </li></ul><ul><li>Q&A sessions with the sponsors </li></ul>2 <ul><li>1 st May: Submission Deadline </li></ul><ul><li>Developers are to submit their codes to Yahoo! through the YMDA microsite </li></ul><ul><li>Submissions later than 1 May will not be considered </li></ul>4 <ul><li>9th May: Presentation Judging Day </li></ul><ul><li>Shortlisted participants are to deliver a 15-minute presentation to judges. </li></ul>5 <ul><li>16th May: Finale </li></ul><ul><li>Category winners will be crowned and compete against each other for the Best in Show prize </li></ul>3 <ul><li>4 th – 5 th May: Notification Day </li></ul><ul><li>Yahoo! will review all submissions and shortlist the best 8 entries for each brand category. Shortlisted participants will be notified between 4 th and 5 th May. </li></ul>

This list may be subject to change without prior notification to the competing teams.

    12. 12. 4 th to 5 th May 09: Notification Day <ul><li>Notification Day </li></ul><ul><li>Yahoo! will shortlist the number of developers who will be selected to present their applications to sponsors </li></ul><ul><li>Developers will be notified and further information will be provided then </li></ul>3
    13. 13. 9 th May 09: Presentation Judging Day <ul><li>Presentation Day </li></ul><ul><li>Shortlisted developers will be notified to present their mobile applications to their respective sponsors </li></ul><ul><li>Judging panel will be made up of 2-3 reps from the brand sponsor and 1 rep from Yahoo! </li></ul><ul><li>Developers are given only 15 minutes each to present their case </li></ul>4
    14. 14. 16 th May 09: Finale <ul><li>Finale </li></ul><ul><li>Announce category winners </li></ul><ul><li>Judging Ceremony for Best in Show award </li></ul><ul><li>Award Ceremony </li></ul><ul><li>This will include a press event </li></ul><ul><li>Press will be invited to interview the sponsors and winners </li></ul><ul><li>Press will showcase and interview winning team(s) </li></ul><ul><li>Y! and Sponsors will issue press releases on the YMDA event </li></ul>5 PR Campaigns
