怎样焊接12Cr2MoWVTiB钢管 12Cr2MoWVTiB钢也叫钢102。其焊接性能良好，可采用全氩弧焊或氩弧焊打底、电焊盖面的工艺方法进行焊接，其焊接工艺要点如下： (1)焊接材料选择。氩弧焊打底时，选用国产TIG-R34氩弧焊丝，直径φ2.5mm。氩气纯度要求在99.95%以上，打底层厚度2.5-3mm。电焊盖面时选用E5515-B3-VWB焊条，使用前烘干，温度350~400℃保温2h。 (2)焊前预热。102钢焊前需预热250 - 300℃，小径管可不预热。
