If I could only have 24 hours to see, I would like to see only things that will put laughter in my life. Laughter is very contagious and after that 24 hours, I know that I will still be able to appreciate what I have seen by talking with those who have laughed with me.

    Dear George,
Sorry I did not have the time to write a comment on your show the other day ,but here now too, better late then never.
Your show is very meaningful and and so true we all should think about our lives and how there are others out there that are far worse off then us ,and these people show grit and determination in live their lives , that we should all take a lesson from.
Some times we see , but don’t really see what is in front of us.
Bravo wonderful and meaningful show ,
    Warm hugs,
    Heather xo

Still waiting for another invitation in Communis, I read first few comments of your page at this show; impressed by the comments of Katerina, acartito and spiderweb99 and after I watched your emotional show…. what is more to say?!?
George, sometimes the blind people (by their nature) are happier than us … ( sorry for this saying ,…..) but, they have a feeling more: the reception over this world and we cannot cheat them anyway…!
I work for people with heavy handicaps and I know what I am talking about!
Very nice and sensitive show, my dear friend from Malta!
Sorry that we have to have this reality from the history and also from the present!

When the false handicapped people come near us or between us, then is a drama!
    Hugs,
    Doina

Yes, George. This is another inspirational and touching message of your own. This time your partner is Helen Keller, that blind genius who said that “the best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt with the heart.” Hugs.

    Hoi George.
    Good work is this presentation.
The reality you can feel and the truth is in it.
But it is also George that the eye sees only what they want to see.
Best greetings my friend from Wim.

If You Could See... - Presentation Transcript

  1. If You Could See
  2. Reading one of Dr. Bernie Siegal's books, I ran across an interesting question. Blind Helen Keller once asked her blind friends, "If you could see for just 24 hours, what would you choose? I pondered that question for days, then decided to try to write it on paper, and asked some friends and a couple of patients of mine who were interested, to try it with me. Helen Keller

  8. Helen Keller played a leading role in most of the significant political, social, and cultural movements of the 20th century. Throughout her lifetime (1880-1968) she worked unceasingly to improve the lives of people who were blind and deaf. Helen's own approach to life can be summed up by her advice to a five-year- old blind child in 1932: "Never bend your head. Always hold it high. Look the world straight in the face."
