    oh, here you are! i almost thought you were getting bored and stopped.
    back on topic: hacking through sexuality. Well, our assumptions are based on the theories coming from visual cultures and contemporary etnography. According to these and to critical theory, culture is turning into (has already turned into) a relation network that is based on visual sensoriality. In this networked model definitions change in structure even for the most fundamental concepts, and sexuality, body, gender, communication are no exceptions, turning into ’objects’ that are fluid and variable. None of this is controlled by us as individuals, it is related to the ways in which we communicate, relate to each other, and act in the contemporary era.
    The whole performance is designed to buld on these (existing) models and processes, to create contemporary forms of communication, enabled by digital networks and forms of interaction/relation/emotion.

    you really should read all of the stuff, not only the front page.
    for the rest: i have no clue of what you are talking about, as, actually, it is men (human males) that get fooled around in the performance, as the biodoll continuously and mercilessly uses them as toys, throughout the performance! :)
    they (men) are even turned into (inanimate) sex toys!
    so i really have a hard time trying to understand what you are talking about, as you seem to think that the biodoll performance does the exact opposite.

    this is quite entertaining.
    you should at least read correctly before answering, you know?
    I think your mind contains pornography, misogyny and sadism, if that’s what you see in the performance.
    now: we could get down in a theoretical discussion on how the performance made a brilliant description on new forms of sexualities arising in the contemporary era. Or we could even go on talking about the evolution on the concept of identity, on its fluidness and multiplication, which is another part of the project. Or, yet, we could start to discuss the issues regarding the strategic use of tactical media to spread messages and communication. Or about the experiments in new business models. Or we could talk of other dozens of points of view according to which the biodoll’s performance is truly significative.
    but we won’t, will we.
    are you having a sad start of new year?

    :) there were no comments as web2.0 is totally hyped and it only works if you go around crowdsourcing, which i don’t.
    back to the thing: you obvously don’t understand what we’re talking about here, and i urge you read the last 30 to 40 years of philosophy and anthropology (or having someone explain them to you) before making any surreal remarks. i would have loved to talk about it myself if you weren’t being such an harassing jerk.

    hello there! sorry for the delay in answering your comments, i was simply out of my house and initially they looked like spam.
    actually they still do seem like spam, but i’ll give you a chance.
    the project was initiated by an activist woman, and i added a part of it.
    there is an incredibly beautiful theoretical layer on the whole work, it deals with teh contemproary era and with sexuality.
    you should read more, i guess. byebye!
