Indeveloping a proposed solution to a modern criminal and social justice issue,students are encouraged to use scholarly sources, multimedia, interviews withprofessionals in the field, and primary sources to identify and devise a workableplan.Within the proposed solution:

Analyze criminal and social justice theories in relation to the United StatesConstitution.c. Apply knowledge of socio-economic (cultural) diversity to contemporarycriminal and social justice.d. Assess the centralization of criminal justice agencies domestically, the U.S.Homeland Security Act, and the international aspects of criminal and socialjustice.In an eight to ten page paper (excluding the title and reference pages) addressthe following:a. An introductory paragraph with a succinct thesis statement.b. The topic of the paper with critical thought.c. Conclude with a restatement of the thesis and a conclusion paragraph.d.
