    • To Create a local plan of youth
    • To Create a network of juvenile participation that will make this local plan possible and sustainable in the future

      • Implicating the different agents of the territory, especially the youngsters

      • Adapted to the needs of the youngsters and to the competence and possibilities of the Town Council

    • Involving the different municipal departments in the design and the management of the youth politics

    • Designed to last about four years

    • High participation from informal groups and non-associated youngsters
    • Creation of a network of juvenile participation that will participate also in the evaluation of this project
    • Active communication network of youngsters based on the contact through a mailing list
    • Breaking the idea that the policy that protect and regulate the lives of young people in the town is only a technical question that must be decided only by politicians and technicians
