All full-time employees will be eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment. All insurance is through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Stock price is discounted 10%. Company matches 1% on 401k. All employees receive paid holidays off as long as they are present the day before and the day after the holiday. There is a 50% discount for families of employees personal insurance. We will have heavy duty notebooks with insurance and built in company intranet and internet restricted to medical websites.
Nurses can train patients to use in-home medical equipment for regular or emergency use. All office, visit, and patient supplies will be inventoried at office and issued to each case upon demand. (Image 6)
