Production of less than this amount
and you can register as a CESQG (a
Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity
Generator) under CERCLA.

4. Do you produce more than 100 Kg
and less than 1000 Kg per month?
100 Kg = 220 lbs
1000 Kg = 2200 lbs
Production in this range means you
have to register as an SQG Small
Quantity Generator under CERCLA

5. Do you produce more that 1000 Kg
per month?

Then you have to register as an LQG
