  • To insert this slide into your presentation Save this template as a presentation (.ppt file) on your computer. Open the presentation that will contain the image slide. On the Slides tab, place your insertion point after the slide that will precede the image slide. (Make sure you don't select a slide. Your insertion point should be between the slides.) On the Insert menu, click Slides from Files . In the Slide Finder dialog box, click the Find Presentation tab.     7. 7. Coaching <ul><li>This process is not to be only associated with negative behavior. A true leader is always coaching! </li></ul><ul><li>It is always a great idea and best practice to have monthly one on ones with your team members to go over such things as: </li></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>An Update on their ministry- a state of the union </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Possible needs they have not only for their ministry, but also for themselves. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>If they have a Career Action Plan (CAP), these meetings should be a time of evaluation against the plan. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>If it is consistent and planned, then it removes any anxiety that might be felt by your team member. </li></ul></ul></ul><ul><ul><ul><li>Overall, this time provides a great avenue for your team members to speak candidly with you and allow you to keep your finger on the pulse of what is going on in your church. </li></ul></ul></ul>
