Kohl ’s needed to scale their commerce platform to meet their goals of being a $1 billion online business, dramatically increasing SKU counts without scaling headcount, and extending commerce into multiple channels.
Acquity Group worked with Kohl ’s to re-architect their complete commerce system and provide a stable and scalable platform for future growth.

Acquity Group worked closely with Siemens to realize their strategy to increase paid search conversion by designing high-impact landing pages that integrated with the Eloqua campaign management system.
Acquity group created a series of landing page design concepts and executed front-end development for multiple pages as part of a comprehensive A/B testing program.
After analyzing conversation metrics data, Acquity Group strategized with Siemens to optimize and enhance the landing pages to maximize total response rates and the overall effectiveness of their campaigns.
Ameriprise: Offer Management Tool Assessment
Acquity Group ’s detailed evaluation of Ameriprise’s Offer Management tool identified four key issues: high cost, operational inefficiency, lack of metrics, and limited functionality
Developed short term and long term recommendations for each issue that will improve the tool, including a timeline and detailed expected results from each
Outlined future steps of the process to ensure Ameriprise would meets its goals regarding updating the Offer Management system
Comcast FEARnet: Social Networking and CMS
Assisted Comcast Entertainment Group in assimilating FEARnet into its present custom CMS that was being used with MyStyle, E! Online, and G4.
Implemented solution for present and future sweepstakes and contest that take place throughout the FEARnet site.
Custom development and integration of BrightCove player for embeddable video viewing on FEARnet and syndicated content to other web domains.
Led the development effort in bringing the KickApps Community to FEARnet. This allowed for social networking solution to be implemented throughout the FEARnet site. Created a seamless transition between a 3 rd party site and the overall FEARnet design layout.
Grainger: Customer Segmentation
Grainger needed third party insight into their e-commerce strategy and customer lifecycle model as they applied to current marketing and technology initiatives
Identified and cataloged seven internal customer segmentation lifecycles and uncovered several issues of misrepresented customer segmentation
Provided a unified customer segmentation model that mapped to functional requirements and offered recommendations to improve the online customer experience
CME: Optimized Customer Interaction
Developed a solution that combined workflow technology, process re-design, and re-alignment of organizational responsibilities to address a critical customer interaction issue

Northern Trust: Mobile Strategy & Optimized Sites
Northern Trust needed to deliver key tools for clients to interact with Northern Trust via the mobile channel
Northern Trust engaged Acquity Group to identify a strategy for a mobile-optimized platform and develop a proof of concept iPhone-optimized site, leveraging Acquity Group ’s deep experience design capabilities.
