      • Assist Allstate with strategy development for the overarching digital channel as well as mobile.
      • Bolster and complement Allstate ’s internal team.

      • The Digital Locker application was developed on time and under budget and was released to the public via Apple ’s App Store in September 2009.

    • Challenge:
      • Launch a new retail brand online, leveraging offline properties and grow customer database without any additional online advertising
    • Solution:
      • Created a 12-month digital marketing roadmap, including integrated e-mail, paid search and in-store marketing
    • Results:
      • Click-through rates averaged 28% (industry average is 5%) and online holiday sales doubled compared to 2005
      • Mailing list grew by 50% in the first 4 weeks
  • 19. Perkin Elmer: Email Templates & Best Practices
    • Challenge:
      • Create a presentation and associated documentation for best practices in email content and design
    • Solution:
      • Customized and delivered a presentation of email best practices for domestic and international marketers at Perkin Elmer.
      • Designed and coded templates in Eloqua for general purpose and eNewsletter emails
    • Results:
      • Successfully got multiple client across the globe on board with templates that allow for brand consistency

    • Challenge:
      • Kohl ’s needed to scale their commerce platform to meet their goals of being a $1 billion online business, dramatically increasing SKU counts without scaling headcount, and extending commerce into multiple channels.
    • Solution:
      • Acquity Group worked with Kohl ’s to re-architect their complete commerce system and provide a stable and scalable platform for future growth.
    • Results:
      • Number 1 in traffic growth among top 10 retailers in 2008
      • Online channel generated 29% of all growth for Kohl ’s in 2008

    • Challenge:
      • Chicago ’s Metropolitan Rail system was focused solely on the service of its trains, leaving behind a sorely outdated web presence and poor online customer experience.
    • Solution:
      • Brand definition and multi-year strategy
      • Completely overhauled web presence
      • First ever ecommerce capabilities for Metra
      • Mobile–optimized site (in progress)
    • Results:
      • Site traffic after launch jumped from 2mm unique hits to 6mm unique hits
      • Volume increased from an average of 12,000 unique visitors to over 30,000
      • Averaging $500,000/mo in incremental sales via the channel
      • Within the first 50 days, Metra registered 17,600 My Metra users
      • Acquity Group in planning stage of mobile optimized web site now, including WAP version with SMS alerts
  • 22. Siemens: Landing Pages
    • Challenge:
      • Acquity Group worked closely with Siemens to realize their strategy to increase paid search conversion by designing high-impact landing pages that integrated with the Eloqua campaign management system.
    • Solution:
      • Acquity group created a series of landing page design concepts and executed front-end development for multiple pages as part of a comprehensive A/B testing program.
    • Results:
      • After analyzing conversation metrics data, Acquity Group strategized with Siemens to optimize and enhance the landing pages to maximize total response rates and the overall effectiveness of their campaigns.
  • 23. Ameriprise: Offer Management Tool Assessment
    • Challenge:
      • Acquity Group ’s detailed evaluation of Ameriprise’s Offer Management tool identified four key issues: high cost, operational inefficiency, lack of metrics, and limited functionality
    • Solution:
      • Developed short term and long term recommendations for each issue that will improve the tool, including a timeline and detailed expected results from each
    • Results:
      • Outlined future steps of the process to ensure Ameriprise would meets its goals regarding updating the Offer Management system
  • 24. Comcast FEARnet: Social Networking and CMS
    • Challenge:
      • Assisted Comcast Entertainment Group in assimilating FEARnet into its present custom CMS that was being used with MyStyle, E! Online, and G4.
    • Solution:
      • Implemented solution for present and future sweepstakes and contest that take place throughout the FEARnet site.
      • Custom development and integration of BrightCove player for embeddable video viewing on FEARnet and syndicated content to other web domains.
    • Results:
      • Led the development effort in bringing the KickApps Community to FEARnet. This allowed for social networking solution to be implemented throughout the FEARnet site. Created a seamless transition between a 3 rd party site and the overall FEARnet design layout.
  • 25. Grainger: Customer Segmentation
    • Challenge:
      • Grainger needed third party insight into their e-commerce strategy and customer lifecycle model as they applied to current marketing and technology initiatives
    • Solution:
      • Identified and cataloged seven internal customer segmentation lifecycles and uncovered several issues of misrepresented customer segmentation
    • Results:
      • Provided a unified customer segmentation model that mapped to functional requirements and offered recommendations to improve the online customer experience
  • 26. CME: Optimized Customer Interaction
    • Challenge:
      • Developed a solution that combined workflow technology, process re-design, and re-alignment of organizational responsibilities to address a critical customer interaction issue
    • Solution:
      • Created a comprehensive plan for creating a 360º view of CME ’s complex relationships with its customers and channel partners
    • Results:
      • Articulated a Future State Strategic Vision for addressing the long term challenges facing CME in customer relationships and related business processes

      • Northern Trust needed to deliver key tools for clients to interact with Northern Trust via the mobile channel
    • Solution:
      • Northern Trust engaged Acquity Group to identify a strategy for a mobile-optimized platform and develop a proof of concept iPhone-optimized site, leveraging Acquity Group ’s deep experience design capabilities.

      • The initial iPhone-optimized site has been well received, and Acquity Group has been engaged to extend the capabilities to additional platforms.
